Your in stock order will be processed and shipped from our location within 2-3 business days. Please allow 1-5 additional shipping business days depending on your location. Please consider the processing time as well as the shipping time when estimating your order's time of arrival.
Semi-custom orders have special lead times and vary by product. These lead times are posted on individual product pages.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.

You will be notified by email once your order is packaged and ready to ship. All orders are provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You will be notified if there are any delays in our shipping process. Please feel free to contact us if there are any concerns with your package.
Please take consideration that once your order has entered our processing system we cannot alter or cancel that order. Any changes requested for your order will take place after the transactions is completed and by contacting our returns and refunds department.
Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping
We are pleased to offer our customers free shipping on all online orders subtotaling over $1500 shipped (**exclusions apply) within the continental United States.
**Note: All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally require all actual shipping charges to be paid. Our office will contact you after your order is placed for additional shipping payment. All Acrylic hangers, certain hangers, closeout hangers, semi-custom hangers, and certain accessories require actual shipping charges to be paid and/or are not eligible for free shipping (most (but not all) hangers not eligible for free shipping or requiring additional shipping payment will specify their exclusion of this offer on their individual product pages).
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping on all in stock products. We are able to offer Next Day, 1, or 2 Day Air.
